Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before delivery /shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):
Previous to the delivery/ payload of your order, you can at any time, cancel the order by logging into your account on the Platform and by tapping only the Account section of the Platform. Applicable refund against the cancelled product will be credited to you within 48-72 all business hours after the cancellation request is properly reused by us.
You cannot cancel any specific product (s) inside the order. In case of such a cancellation, the entire order will be cancelled.
In the event that the product or order has been delivered to you, the terms of the return policy shall be applicable to a similar product (s) or orders.
We shall insinuate our blessing/ disapprobation of your cancellation request via dispatch or textbook.
Once a request for cancellation of an order is placed, we cannot undo a similar cancellation request. In such a case, you'll have to replace the order again.
In case the order is cancelled while the order is in conveyance, we shall reuse the refund only once the products have been entered and vindicated at our storehouse.
As a part of the wain offer or any reduction offer if a stoner has bought one product along with another product, and during cancellation of the same, all the products bought through the same wain offer would get cancelled.
For product (s) bought through specific wain offer or any other reduction offer inside the order, if any of the products gets delivered to the stoner, also cancellation won't be applicable for all the other products tagged under the same wain offer.
7 DAY RETURN POLICY
Within 7 days of the product purchase date you may return products purchased at the Pirato Fitness.com store for a full refund of your purchase price. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included parts. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
Product exchanges are only available for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable on product returns under the 7 Day Return Policy, unless you received a damaged product or the wrong product was sent to you, in which case we will also pay the return shipping cost.
Return of products to Pirato Fitness requires prior approval by e-mail to info@piratofitness.com.
